14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Free Returns
We cover all return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label at no charge.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your item, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
